Draft: some details are still pending These pages describe how DEIV works today, based on a technical review of its code. Items marked PENDING must still be provided by the operator, and the texts have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
How DEIV handles your data, the rules for using it, and how to reach its operator. You can read these pages before you sign in.

In short
- DEIV is free. It sells nothing, shows no advertising and has no user accounts: access is protected by one shared access code that the operator gives out.
- Your company data stays in your browser. While you use DEIV, the server works on a temporary copy in its memory and never writes it to disk.
- Signing in sets two strictly necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in, the other protects the sign-in. DEIV uses no advertising, no third-party analytics and no cross-site tracking.
- The server counts anonymous daily totals (sessions, screens opened, requests per area, errors) without IP addresses or device details; you can opt out of the visit counts.
- DEIV is read-only towards Sim Companies: it never plays, trades, buys or sells for you.
- DEIV is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sim Companies.
- Best Company, Target Planner and Optimize My Company need the operator's approval. A request keeps only what you choose to send with it, and the server stores only a receipt of each run, never your results or your company.
- You can write to the operator with the form on the Contact page, without signing in.
